Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f)

Who we are

Mostly AI is a Vienna based high-tech startup that has developed a game-changing technology, which allows organizations to unlock their Big Data assets, while keeping the privacy of their customers 100% safe. This is made possible by leveraging generative deep neural networks to generate highly realistic & representative synthetic data. Synthetic data resembles the patterns, structures and variations found in the existing data. Yet it is fully anonymous and thus can be freely processed, analyzed, and shared further, which opens up a whole range of opportunities for the otherwise locked-up data.

Our international team of 10 data-enthusiasts works out of our Vienna office on a potential global customer base. In order to scale our business to the next level we are looking to extend our team and are seeking to fill several open positions. For the “Enterprise Sales Manager” position we are looking for an internationally experienced, highly self-motivated and driven Enterprise Software sales executive with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial growth by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key clients
  • Increase sales volume by acquiring new clients in the market globally
  • Improve our offer by continuously adapting the value proposition to the market
  • Implement best practices throughout the entire sales process
  • Build up and lead our future sales team – recruitment, training and management
  • Consistently monitor the sales activities of the team and report KPIs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in a comparable enterprise software environment (long sales cycles, large contract tickets)
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Demonstrated success of building relationships at the top management level
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly energetic personality with a “can do / getting things done” attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Result-driven as well as excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • English, German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Must be able to navigate and blend into a high pace start-up environment

*according to the relevant “Kollektivvertrag” this position pays a minimum salary of monthly EUR 4.114 gross. The actual salary will depend on your qualification and background.
