Junior Scientist (m/f/d) for Innovation and Policy Research
Our Center for Innovation Systems & Policy is a think tank in national and international research and innovation networks and it is a key partner for public administration, companies, universities and research institutions.
As part of our international and interdisciplinary team of experts, you will deal with current and future challenges in topics such as research, technology and innovation policy.
You will contribute to developing visible projects in a team in close cooperation with national and international customers.
You will independently apply qualitative and quantitative methods of empirical social research.
You will prepare research results for decision-makers in politics, business and science.
You will contribute to the strategic planning and operational implementation of participatory processes.
You will develop concepts for new solutions in the fields of research, technology and innovation policy.
You will evaluate policy strategies and instruments.
You successfully acquire projects and make an important contribution to strengthen the relations with our customer and partner networks.
Your qualifications as an Ingenious Partner (m/f/d):
Master's degree in a relevant social or economic discipline, eventually PhD in the field of Innovation Sytems and/or Evaluation Research
First project experience in the above-mentioned fields
Strong analytical skills and experience with interactive formats, e.g. workshops, social media
Basic understanding of technological and in particular digital topics
Responsibility, teamwork and communication skills
What to expect:
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is EUR 44.450,--. The actual salary will be determined individually, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer company benefits, flexible working conditions, individual training and career opportunities.
