As a Senior Scrum Master (m/w/d) in Salzburg, Austria you can help make possibilities happen.
You will have the opportunity to:
coach the Scrum team to deliver value incrementally, using best Agile/Scrum practices.
drive the execution of sprints by removing impediments, facilitating agile meetings, backlog reviews, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, reporting (burndown charts, task progress) and day-to-day decision making.
facilitate an environment for the Scrum team to organize themselves around their work, helping them become self-aware to what is blocking results, and to influence them to become self-correcting, self-organizing and continuously improving the way they work.
guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to get the most out of self-organization to fill intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution while getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work, and while keeping a sustainable pace.

You have multiple years of experience in project management and/or as a Scrum Master.
You have good knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
You know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
You have proven team coaching/facilitation skills.
You have participated in professional training related to the field, such as around Agile methodologies, coaching/facilitation, and/or public speaking. A Scrum Master certification is a plus.
You have a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience as Scrum Master.
You can communicate efficiently as well as effectively in English. German would be a plus.
Experience in a financial software development environment would be another plus.
In general, you are self-motivated, dynamic, creative, flexible, and a fast learner.
